Me, myself and I

Hi there; my name is Keven. Yes, I’m a girl. No, I wasn’t supposed to be a boy. Yes, I was teased as a child. No, I wouldn’t change my name. Because, despite being asked the same 21 questions every time I introduce myself, I love my name.

Now that we got thatttt out of the way, I want to tell you a little more about myself. I’m a 20-year-old (soon to be 21!) college student, working part time as a sales associate at Massage Envy. As of now, I’m attending Chandler Gilbert studying secondary education. But that’s not my passion.

My passion is writing. Someday I’d like to write a book. I also love photography, even though I no longer make the time to shoot. Like most girls my age, I LOVE fashion. And I love to shop. No, it’s more like an obsession.

I spend money like it’s nothing. I guess that’s how I landed myself so far in credit card debt… Credit cards and shopaholics don’t go well together.

Yes, I do consider myself a shopaholic. And as of right now, it’s a horrible and out of control habit. I’m slowly paying off my credit card.. and by slowly, I mean at a snail’s pace.

Why did I create this blog? I created this blog to share my bad habits, and experiences, my personal style, and my love for fashion with all of you. I created this blog for all the shopaholics out there, so that you know you’re not alone. I created this blog to document all my ridiculous shopping sprees, and to vent when I run out of money a week before pay day. I created this blog to make you laugh. I created this blog to write again, because I’ve been stuck in a black hole of writer’s block for months.

I hope you enjoy the ride. I know I will.

My name’s Keven, and this is my addiction.
